The problem
A Saudi government ministry wanted to deploy AI for citizen document processing — but all data had to remain in-kingdom under PDPL. Every major AI vendor's solution required data to leave Saudi borders. The project was stalled for eight months.
What we did
Built a fully sovereign AI pipeline using in-kingdom hyperscaler infrastructure. Designed localised data processing and model training environments that never touch infrastructure outside Saudi Arabia. Deployed GenAI document processing under full NCA compliance.
The outcome
Citizen document processing time reduced by 65%. Full PDPL and NCA compliance maintained throughout. Ministry deployed a capability previously considered impossible under data sovereignty constraints.
