The problem
A GCC government entity had 14 different IT systems across departments — none of them talking to each other. Budget was being duplicated, data was siloed, and a new digital government initiative was being blocked by the absence of any unified architecture.
What we did
Applied TOGAF 10 to map the entire existing technology landscape, identify redundancies, and design a unified enterprise architecture. Built a phased modernisation roadmap aligned to the entity's digital government mandate and Vision 2030 objectives.
The outcome
IT spend reduced by 25% through elimination of duplicate systems. Unified architecture approved and adopted across all 14 departments. Digital government initiative unblocked and delivered on the original timeline.
